How will the charges for online payments appear on my credit card statement?
Cardholders will see two charges on their statement:
- Niagara* Falls – for the base transaction amount, which is paid to the NFWB
- TYL*Niagara Falls Fee – for the 3.95% ($2.50 minimum) service charge, which is paid to Tyler Technologies
What fee applies if my financial institution or credit card company does not honor my payment?
A $35.00 fee applies for credit card chargebacks and eCheck returns, including for Not Sufficient Funds (NSF), Stop Payment, Closed Account, etc. The fee is added to the account and due immediately.

What are the fees involved in paying online?
Tyler Technologies charges a service fee of 3.95%, minimum of $2.50, for credit card payments through the portal and a flat fee of $0.95 for electronic check (eCheck) payments.
